resume crafting that makes you feel better.

Recruitment was tough on me. I struggled with evaluating talented people based on just a few skills, wanted to advocate for them more than my agenda allowed, and sending out rejections was a constant lowlight.

So when I first started coaching, I just wanted to get as far away from all things hiring as possible.

But of course that didn’t quite work out, because the thing I knew best was exactly what people needed support with.

So I started mentoring people around resume crafting, interview prep, and figuring out how to move through a hiring process without losing themselves.

And slowly, as we kept doing this work, I started to see how much it helped.

Not just in getting a job, but in feeling more grounded, and turning all that experience (mine included) into something that felt meaningful.

So, instead of trying to avoid the practical bits of hiring, I began to softly shape my coaching around them.

Because when we approach something like resume writing in a more wholesome and reflective way, it becomes so much more than just refreshing a document.

It’s about learning to communicate about your impact, shaping a personal brand that feels just like you, and finding clarity and confidence in your career path.

After a year of weaving this work into my coaching (which I’ll keep doing), I’ve crafted a self-standing offer. Still flexible, a little more structured, and designed to leave you with more than just a shiny new resume.

If that sounds like something you’ve been looking for, feel free to reach out.
