To support a team navigating change, we recently partnered with the creative tech company WeTransfer to design and facilitate a one-day event that combined workshops, practical tools, and 1:1 support.

What we set up
We co-created a day at their office that felt calm, nurturing, and genuinely useful. No big stage, no fluff—just a thoughtful mix of group workshops and individual coaching moments. The focus was on creating space to pause, reflect, and explore what’s next.

This included

  • Two 45-minute workshops to take stock and focus on future impact

  • One-on-one coaching moments for support and focus

  • A 20-page workbook with tools to use on the day—or return to later

  • A calm, welcoming space where everyone could take what they needed
