coaching isn’t about getting all the answers.

When I first started coaching, all I wanted to do was solve people’s problems.

Turns out, that was a little... ambitious (and maybe a tiny bit arrogant too).

Then, during my training, I kept being told that the client has all the answers and resources.

At first, I wasn’t sure how to feel about that. If they already had the answers, what was I even doing there?

But then it clicked: I'm not them. I don’t see their world the way they do. So how could I possibly know better?

Coaching shouldn’t be about handing out advice like a vending machine—it’s about creating a space where people feel safe, supported, and get the confidence to untangle things their own way.

These days, I start every coaching session with zero expectations. No secret agenda. No pre-planned solutions.

Because what my clients take away from our work is almost never what I expected. And that’s the best part.

So if there’s something on your mind—big, small, messy, or “I don’t even know where to start”—I’d love to explore it with you.

No pressure, no judgment. Just space to figure out what actually works for you.
