People want to feel fulfilled at work, and to get there, they need to be appreciated for the impact they make.

And what’s the most reliable approach to do your best work and have real impact? Yep, leaning into your strengths.

Those skills and traits that feel so natural, you probably take for granted. The things you’re so good at, you forget time is passing by.

When companies make space for their employees to label those strengths, and encourage them to advocate for themselves, everyone benefits.

People feel more confident, take ownership, and connect more to what they do. And companies reach their business goals more efficiently.
